Scheduling an appointment is easy. Either fill out the online registration form below or call our office and ask to speak to an Insurance Verification Specialist. Our staff will ask you a few questions about your insurance and the prescription you received from your physician. The pre-certification process can take as little as 30 minutes or several days depending upon the insurance company’s documentation requirements. Once we have approval to fill your prescription, we will call you to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and after hours appointments are available during the evenings or on weekends.
